A New Exhibition at the Tower of David
The Tower of David is
a unique museum worth visiting, due to the design
and architecture of the location. The roof of the
tower offers one of the best 360-degree shots of Jerusalem.
Here is a recommendation for the current exhibition
featured at the Tower of David.
“Soundscapes”-
an original and innovative exhibition in the courtyard
of the Tower of David opens on July 22. A musical
and magical experience of sound, the first of its
kind in the world where a musical production integrates
an archeological site, music, design and technology.
Numerous musical instruments, designed and produced
specifically for the citadel, are automatically played
by computer command. The resulting composition is
a combination of the composers’ personal inspirations
and the logic system of the computer activity. Opening
hours for the exhibit:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7 p.m.
– 11 p.m.
Saturday evenings - 11 p.m.
