Filming in the Coastal Plane

The north-western coast of Israel is situated on the Mediterranean Sea. Most of the coastal area is inhabited with cities and towns, but there are some less populated areas and segments set aside for nature reserves. The Mediterranean Sea is a stunning shade of green-blue and offers warm weather for most of the year. All along the coast there are fantastic options for filming beach shots. There are areas with high-class restaurants and clubs, areas filled with surfers and sunbathers, and areas with archaeological remains and ancient ports. In addition, the sunset over the Mediterranean is a beautiful sight and a good choice for filming a sunset in Israel.
